I've enjoyed that fitzochris; a lot more than the watching at the time. Can still remember Steve Whitehall? being out-jumped by centre-halves from nearly every launched missile. Perhaps I just saw some bad-uns as Graham Barrow comes over well in the interview with interesting comments about what he wanted and the players that he brought in; we forget! |

Thanks for that Col - what a fantastic report - needs to be in the Times, Independent or Telegraph! Amazingly, the Grimsby fans just don't let go, despite their win last night, they still have to have a pot at JLAA, probably because he was hitting form toward the end of last season's demise and could see his future potential. Have posted on Fishy to allow them to drool when BBC release the highlights. |

Let's just hope that whatever anyone has in mind for the benefit of training facilities for the club, that this matter starts to gain immediate momentum, as it seems to me that the Bowlee project has been going on for years and years.
Surely, and with collateral interests in the Stadium, the Council would want to take this promotion year seriously and provide the RIGHT and JUSTIFIABLY EARNED facilities that have been so desperately needed by the club.
Let's hope something proper turns up and that agreements on all sides can see this
project move forward for the benefit of all concerned. |
