beech is obviously not what either the club or the fans want and with the obvious options seemingly out of our budget what other options are we left with?

dave penney?
mark mcghee?
martin foyle?
a.n. other?

I don't disagree with the factual element, and wouldn't wish to discourage the lad in any way, but is he really acting in his own best interests? Maybe he thinks he's got nothing to lose, who knows?

Remember it's from a youthful and therefore less than worldy-wise perspective that he's "reporting" these events

That was not the point you were trying to make above though,i do agree it is not in his best interest to be posting such material even though it should be nearly impossible to find out who he is with all the data protection acts there is about and the only way to give his identity away is a mistake on his part.
If only part of what he says is true and CD reads this it will cause some problems i am sure ,he seemed to have got everybodys attention with the teamsheet stunt though for sure.

You're right, that wasn't the point I was trying to make!

Fair enough - I'm as interested as the next man in what goes on behind the scenes.

To re-inforce the more important point: DYG - just be careful!

I don't understand the workings of a team being told whose playing and whose not 24hrs in advance, but then for that to goto a youth teamer is even harder for me to understand. I fear for the players* future, if found. Add to it that's its some ugly stuff coming out that could be quite damaging to the club.

Some of the stuff I have heard previously in rumours, but until now it was just abit of hearsay... It may have just stepped up a notch.

If you read his post carefully it is reasonable to assume that daleyoungun is in some way connected with the youth team. He certainly has inside information as indicated by previous posts. Whether he should be posting it on here is debatable but it makes for interesting reading.

When I read his posts, I see and feel he's somewhat connected to the Youth set up. But I also, see bitterness and jealousy. Who knows, Beech may of not signed him?!

After all this I think we need a manager in who's not gonna take any sh1t and sort the mess out (if all this is true). Steve Parkin anyone?

I get the impression that he's a former YTS/COE lad who got rejected or was victim to the very disciplined approach Beech has with the YTS lads.

If I hadn't seen such riches, I could live with being poor

As I said on Sunday morning, (and this is no ringing endorsement for Beech) we all know that the players have had things far too easy this season. Irrespective of whether he is the right man or not, Beech is trying to make up for several months where attitudes had become lax. It is perfectly reasonable to accept that from some there will be a negative response to that. Any boss attempting to get tough when taking over from a soft boss will not automatically get his employees supportive with the changes, especially if this is all they have known at the club.

Wow, one of the most intersting threads I've ever read on here. Not particularly comfortable reading but very, very intriguing.

Beech has got to go full stop. Not back with us with youth team.Trainining is boring like him and he doesnt know what hes doing. He wasso jelous of hill flitcroft eyre and bunn..He used to say im better than them then just make us do press ups and he never told us we were any good or how we could improve but would tell us how brilliant hewas yawn!!! Eyre was good and Hill wasnt as good at coaching but got bettr results.Beechy was always happy if first team lost and was gutted when they won.He is a bullllshittt bully and it is ironic that i know asa fact that Steve.E stopped him from getting sacked TWICE at the club.My mate plays for Oldham and he sez that after Oldham beat us this year in the youth cup their coach went into the offices at end of game to shake hands. It was Tony Philliskirk and the youth team physio of ours a real sneaky trouble causer caled Gary guarded the door whilst Beech verbaly abused him he tried to fight him and then Tony Ellis joined in 3vs1.Phiiliskirk was scared and mannaged to get out of office and immediatly complained to Eyre and said he wanted a meeting with Dunphy.Eyres mannaged to sort out problem befre it got to boardroom .All the youth were gutted and so were our Dads coz we thought that Beech and Gaz the physio were gonna finaly get what they desrved but thy survived andnow Beech is Manager and even Gaz the youth team physio even took first team training this week coz beech cant take a session and all the players told him that training was rubbish. In the end the playrs just walked off on Gaz and didnt train .The place is a shambles at least steve and frankie had respect and friendshihp of the players and put on very good training.Nobody even tries now in training. Is like a pubteam. The team ave three points from 15 scored 3 goals and are playin worse than ever butthis cretin tells us things are better.Hill had respect Eyre had quality Beech had nothing. In another lifetime a dream wud ave been Hill and Eyre together and Flitcroft was good too so not to dismiss him but Hills Aura and the players he had to work with.Eyres coaching ability and Flitcrofts loyalty and Banter and we would have our dreamteam. As that cant happen now id go for anyone but not CHRIS BEECH

You illiterate bitter prick.
Cleary you are some kind of reject Youth player or failed footballer with nothing better to do than to write garbage about other people, I actually feel sorry for you…….and your English teacher.
Irrelevant of your personal views of CB, results on the pitch are what matter. His results haven’t been great, 2 decent away draws, a point against Preston and then two very poor displays against Hartlepool and Stevenage respectively.
Perhaps the players don’t like being made to train harder, being dropped because the results over the last 6 months have been shambolic, or even being told what to do!......but so what if results start to improve, personally I’m not bothered.
I’m not saying CB is the answer, I guess time will tell, but if you’re a fan of Dale you will grow up and stop posting pathetic, and boring, comments on the forum.
Now go practice your grammar, pick a few spots and stop spouting lies you little nob

your post:-
1 spelling mistake ( cleary ).
1 sentence that doesnt quite make sence ( you will grow up ??? or will you grow up ).
Too many commas in the final paragraph and no full stop at the end .
Kettle calling the pot etc

The teamsheet comment is in relation to the poster you say is telling lies , he posted the teamsheet 24 hours earlier than the tranmere game took place and it was perfect. Some on here realise he has now some credability with his comments no matter how "bitter" he seems to you ,some may not be the truth but to give him so much bad mouthing just seems a little harsh.

If you want a constructive "left field" option , how about Paul Cook , about whom I've posted previously elsewhere .

He's had experience as a coach under Coleman , played quite recently at high levels in this country , and has a very impressive record in Eire in the last couple of years , including European football . His level at present is working on a budget created by crowds of around 2.000 average .

His base is very much in the North West too .

I knew nothing of him until I saw his name in the betting odds , so I did some research (Wiki etc), and liked what I found ! Given the paucity of other candidates , perhaps worth consideration ?

You sir are a wa*ker, go die of aids. Does it make you feel big calling someone who is quite obviously a young lad, things like you did. Maybe newbious is chris beech it would certainly fit with any reports i've heard about his bullying managing methods.

I don't want to go too far as i often do on here and get the thread deleted, because i happen to also know most of what he says is true, as i have a relative who is a current rochdale youth team player, who says beech is nothing but a bully, happen to know for a fact his dad nearly laid him out before. That is why i was against beech from the start and the performances on the pitch havent exactly changed my mind.

Absolutely no need for the name calling, everyone is entitled to an opinion even if you dont like it. I for one am glad the young lad and the other poster have confirmed these rumours, as it has brought the problem to light and will have to be dealt with. I dont think we need someone who is a bully at the club and should rectify the problem as soon as possible.
