The major difference to me is that, whilst our fans sit on their phones, write poems and post on social media, the fans of other clubs - Rangers, Spurs, Leicester etc. - seem to care.

Fans of those clubs have much higher expectations. They expect to be at or near the top, winning trophies. Our fans' expectations are very low: many would be content with just existing in the 2nd tier. Maybe that's why we attract the owners and managers that we do.
