I wish him well but this should have been done long ago. Hopefully the club will get the new appointment right and we can move on although it remains to be seen whether too much damage has already been done to save this season. It will take a good man to turn this around and come out with us still in the Premier League.

I wonder if he’ll blame the players?

Good luck to him but it’s long overdue.

Thank you for keeping us in the league through troubled times.

But

In a results based business and the upcoming break now is the right time for a change.
He has had 14 games to prove himself to the new owners with 11 new faces and he has failed.

Starting Theo Walcott yesterday stunk of a man throwing the last roll of the dice.

Thank god we will never see Djenepo playing Left Back again (hopefully).

Now the owners have to recruit wisely or we’ll be down.

Over to you Sport Republic, Semmens and Steele.

WE MARCH ON

We thought that we had the answers, It was the questions we had wrong.
Poll: Knowing what we know now, should we have sacked Hasenhüttl?

I’m hoping Semmens and Steele get the boot as well

The statement does say a permanent appointment will be announced soon, so that someone must just be at the negotiating table. Not so sure on the Luton guy as lower league only, but like the sound of the Argie.

But what do a bunch of clowns on a fans forum know!! And even if we did, we wouldn't have a say in it, although the club must have known about the displeasure of this season so far.

Souness was saying this morning that he knows Dragon quite well (through golf!!), but he's a sensible guy and will do the right thing

Yep, deffo the wrong decisions and wrong prep for this game. Starting Walcott was a disgrace, and I very nearly turned the car round when it was announced on 5 Live before the game. If there is anyone who doesn't know that Newcastle depend on lightning quick breaks and incisive passing to get most of their goals, coaching the team to have a flat back 4 up on the half way line is a surefire recipe for a big loss. I left after their 3rd, firmly convinced (and for the first time) that we had no hope if he stayed.

Of course the clownshoe defending for their first, and Elyounoussi's and Adam's misses didn't help. But really, it was amateur hour.
