He was looking at his options. Openly flirting with WBA whilst playing fans for fools. The downfall in the team since then is all on him, he took his eye off the ball and the players knew it.
He is out of his depth and needs to go before it’s too late.

Time to step up and represent the fans. We don’t want Williams in charge of our club anymore. You need to call a vote of no confidence in him tonight. Get this man out of our club. His in game management tonight was a disgrace. Pre meditated like for like subs rather than playing what was in front of him was shocking.

Too many mistakes week in week out atm. Questions surely need to be asked.
2-1 down and he makes no change in shape, personnel or instruction on playing quicker or forward faster. He just stood and watched the game meander to a defeat.
Constantly subs off or drops our best player Franco. Fulton/Grimes axis has never and will never work.
MPH is miles off the level yet played for 90 mins again. Constantly subbing off Vipotnik on the hour mark has come back to bite us when we then have no Cf on the pitch when we need a goal.

Put Saka and Rice in our team taking set pieces and i'm sure we'd be more threatening ang score more from them also. There is a reason they are top of the game, it's the consistency of quality they show. |
