Obviously not a fully paid up member of the " stick together when things get tough " club. |

Well Lukewarm has confirmed what we suspected, inexperienced people who can't do their jobs in key positions is the root cause of our transfer mess, all the responsibility of Coleman. [Post edited 7 Feb 13:56]

Well explained. Our squad is better suited to 433/451. The wingers provide the width in attack and provide cover for the full backs out of possession leaving the midfield to cover the middle of the park. In possession the wingers hug the touchline and full backs selectively join the attack, not both at the same time, again pulling people out wide without crowding out the wingers. The central defenders are not pulled out of possession and the back four concentrate on defending, occasionally joining the attack. The system relies on wingers with a bit of pace who are willing to track back. |

For the short term, next three months, the only thing that could make a big difference is to replace Williams with someone who has more experience and know how at Championship level. Coleman needs to act then take good advice on Williams replacement. Then the whole footballing set up needs an overhaul, there is a couple of months to plan this if Coleman acts now. |

We can see the poor team management on the pitch every game. Mrs Grimes posts indicate that something significant has happened to change the family plans. Coleman has to recognise that someone has to instigate change otherwise things remain the same. Right now the biggest impact can be achieved by getting a manager with good experience at Championship level in, maybe on a short contract followed by a reset in the summer? [Post edited 5 Feb 9:22]

Great evidence of incompetence. |

His experience is in a very different business in a very different culture. Running a Championship club is very difficult and not for the inexperienced. He may be partly qualified for ownership as he has an understanding of funding models and markets, as for running a club he is inadequately prepared. |

Our only hope is to replace Williams now, but we need a manager who can get us organised. |

It is so fcuking obvious. You'd hope we would have a short list and a long list of targets. I assume on that long list is a bloke from Orient and we have a player that Orient want. Do what do we do, we let our player go to Orient a couple of weeks early!?!?!! Bunch of tawts! |
