Taylor - Everton Can Right 100 Wrongs Wednesday, 16th Sep 2015 06:21 by Planet Swans (follow us on Twitter @swansnews) Neil Taylor was as disappointed as everyone else with the performance against Watford last weekend, a performance that cost the Swans their unbeaten record at the start of the season together with their place in the division's top four. The Swans returned to action following the international break with a pretty spoor performance at Vicarage Road where they never got into the game and certainly never showed any sign of the performances that they were putting in before the international break. Even when the home side were reduced to ten men midway through the second half it made little difference to the quality of the performance with Watford looking the most likely to add to the scoring on the day as they recorded their first win of the season at the fifth attempt. It was a reality check for the Swans who were being talked about as top four material this season after a great start that had seen them take eight out of the first twelve points available. Roberto Martinez and Everton are the visitors to the Liberty Stadium on Saturday and the Swans will be looking to bounce back with a third successive home win to lift them back up the table and wipe out the memories of last weekend. "There were 100 things wrong with the performance (against Watford), we'll analyse that before Everton, but I think we just weren't at it against a Watford side who, like every promoted team, will come at you like they did," said Taylor. "It's difficult to take, but like we've always said, we don't get too high after wins against Manchester United and we don't get too low after defeats like Watford. "That's the Premier League -- anything can happen. You can get different results, it can happen sometimes. That's not an excuse."
