Rising QPR star Ryan Manning is the special guest on this week’s Open All R’s Podcast, discussing his sudden and dramatic breakthrough into the first team this season.

Manning discusses a frustrating first two seasons at the club followed by a sudden breakthrough at Christmas, and how two years playing men’s football in Ireland before moving across has helped him settle into the Championship.

He reveals his favoured position, following Friday’s impressive stint at left wing back, and his surprise at just how tactical football at Championship level is.
