Andy Evans, CEO of the QPR community trust, is the guest on this week's Open All R's Podcast, speaking about the annual Tiger Feet walk to West Ham this Sunday.

Evans said: "We've raised £50,000 in total so far, and we got beyond £20,000 last year which was phenomenal. It means we can do so much more for the Tiger Cubs team.

"Year on year the awareness of the work we're doing, particularly around disability football, has grown nd grown and the walk helps us to tell the story effectively."

There's plenty about the start of the Tiger Cubs and how the club has grown, as well as the usual dissection of the weekend defeat at Southampton, and the issues that occurred in the away end.
