Who is the leader of this team? 15:42 - Jan 16 with 2537 views | DylanP | It is an accepted "truth" that the team is packed with talent, by which I think the big brains mean that Phillips, Fer, Hoilett , Green are all players who apparently did fairly well in the Premiership so ought to be able to walk the Championship. Obviously that is complete bollox, but the other thing is the team seems completely void of any kind of leadership. Onouha is the captain, but he isn't a leader. Then in midfield who will take the game by the scruff of the neck? Who will call out players and organize the game? Ale? | ![](/images/avatars/2677.gif) |

Who is the leader of this team? on 15:51 - Jan 16 with 2514 views | TacticalR | Something that is missing at the moment. I think that's one reason that despite some of our 'big names' (ok, not that big) we struggle to keep our nerve and and hold on to leads. At least Hall is playing by example. | ![](/images/avatars/7026.gif) |

Who is the leader of this team? on 22:34 - Jan 17 with 2338 views | bacardiinbrissie | I genuinely dont think we have one and its th reason we are struggling. We should be looking for that "midfield general" to replace Karl Henry and drive our team forward. Think that was suppposed to be Bartons role and handed to Henry on experience. Any suggestions as to who we could get. As said Hall looks the best candidate based on performances IMHO | ![](/images/avatars/0.gif) | | ![](/images/icons/ignore-user.png) |

Who is the leader of this team? on 10:31 - Jan 18 with 2121 views | Rangers67 | There isn,t one which for those of us that went on Saturday was patently clear. In all honesty we couldn,t have complained if we had been 2 or 3 down at half time and the most staggering thing was the lack of leadership on the pitch. Ned is a good player at this level demonstrated by his brilliant goal saving tackle but a leader he ain,t. We do need one or more of the other guys to step up and shake us out of our stupor sometimes. What worries me is the difference between the first and second half performances on Sat. It shouldn,t need a halftime rollicking from JFH for the team to put some effort in. | ![](/images/avatars/0.gif) | | ![](/images/icons/ignore-user.png) |
