This is an old rumor, be interesting to see if it goes through, as it frees up alot of euros.
I have no issues with Julio. But I do with his contract. With respect to the comments on his goalkeeping.....the entire 2012 defensive unit often resembled one playing on a school yard.

I don't think leech is going too far at all. He was informed in good time that he was no longer wanted and that he wouldn't get a game here - choosing Green over him was a fair and square sporting decision and not "disgraceful treatment". He then went on to refuse a number of very presentable opportunities at competitive clubs in good leagues because none could match the money we were foolish enough to pay. You might not blame him for that cynicism but I don't see why anyone should call it anything other than what it is - parasitic behaviour. | | | |

Yeah strange about the amount of stuff from the papers that gets posted on here about transfers most assume is rubbish, but when it is a way of bashing Cesar, it must be cast-iron fact.
Arsenal never put in an offer, Napoli was a loan deal and when Rangers said they wanted to sell him, they signed Reina, Fiorentina's sporting director came out and said they were not interested in signing him after rumours saying they were.

We offered him insane money, then decided not to play him. He never slagged us off in the press, just kept quiet and presumably squared it with Brazil that he'd still play in the World Cup (not that that went too well).
Of all the people we've wasted enough money on to keep a few hospitals running for a while, I don't really bear him any ill will. He wasn't obliged to move, and so he didn't. That's just not true there was only one actual offer I believe and that fell through because we asked for money. Everything else was supposedly loan anyway and he took the first concrete offer. I think he has been awfully treated by HR .
I also think it's a bit mental our number two keeper is 30+ and I don't think played 50 professional games, so once Cesar does go we are going to need another keeper |  | | |
